Special Containment Procedures

A single hardcover copy of the fairytale "The Execution of J.D. Stevenson," now designated as SCP-XXXX-1, is to remain in Site-01's historical archive strictly for reference purposes. All other mentions of SCP-XXXX within the general public are to be discredited or removed if applicable. Integrated Foundation agents stationed in the Eastern Hemisphere's 5th and 7th sectors are to continually oversee the amnestication of human subjects who are observed to spread information concerning SCP-XXXX. Any recovered materials concerning SCP-XXXX are to be digitalized and stored onsite.

SCP-XXXX is a deceased European explorer named J.D. Stevenson who was believed to possess Class IV reality-bending properties. SCP-XXXX was thought to be active during the early 15th century; however, all physical evidence of its existence is still under investigation. It currently remains unknown whether or not SCP-XXXX was aware of its anomalous abilities, or if it possessed control over its reality-bending properties.

Foundation personnel discovered SCP-XXXX following the discovery of SCP-XXXX-1, which was originally published in central Europe in 1455. Although only 15 copies of this publication have actually been recovered, approximately 100 separate instances may still exist. Recovering these publications has become a top priority in order to prevent a Broken Veil scenario.

Addendum XXXX-1

Foundation personnel were first interested with SCP-XXXX following a detailed analysis of the SCP-XXXX-1, which has been deemed non-anomalous and can be observed below.
