Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties and remote location, Site-119's only directive is to continue preventing all passerby from accessing the anomaly. No further containment procedures are necessary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a single-family house located on the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia, 160 kilometers southwest from ████████████. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties manifest once a human subject enters its vicinity, which measures approximately 13,000 square meters. Once inside of this area, human subjects begin to experience SCP-XXXX's minor antimemetic properties in which information concerning the residence1 can not be retained once the subject exits. However, this anomalous property does not manifest within written notes or media such as photographs or recorded footage, which has since been utilized to continue researching SCP-XXXX. The residence itself measures 120 square meters of area, which is all currently owned by Rick █████.2 SCP-XXXX contains the following rooms:
- Kitchen: Located near the center of the residence, the kitchen appears to have been severely damaged; however, the primary cause of this remains under investigation. When first explored, Foundation personnel discovered a "congratulations" card sitting on the countertop, with a generic kitchen knife that had been stabbed through the paper and the surface beneath it. Following the retrieval and forensic analysis of the knife itself, researchers recorded several DNA samples that have yet to be identified.
- Living Room: The living room appears to have suffered from minimal damage, with the noticeable exception of a single destroyed bookshelf positioned along the eastern corner. A series of blood splatter patterns near the mantelpiece of the room suggests a struggle between two or more individuals. Several photographs, all of which portraying the assumed residents of SCP-XXXX, were also discovered within the living room. Only one person in these photographs could be identified, which was Rick █████.
- Dining Room: The majority of damage inflicted within the dining room appears to have been centralized towards the surrounding vintage floral wallpaper3 and nearby objects, including several chairs, a wooden table, a light-pink table sheet, and several portraits. When further investigated, Foundation personnel discovered a single broken leg of a wooden chair, which is believed to have been, at one point, utilized as a weapon.
- Bathroom: Discovered near the living room, the bathroom does not appear to have suffered from any outward vandalism or destruction. When further investigated, Foundation personnel recorded samples of several hallucinogenic and stimulating substances within the bathrooms trashcan. However, due to the lack of information, the previous owner of these substances has yet to be identified. A single handwritten note was also discovered; however, its contents appear to have been obstructed by ink marks.
- Bedroom 1: Decor recovered from the master bedroom suggests its primary inhabitants to have been Rick █████ and his wife, Charlotte. Due to the relative damage of the room itself, including a demolished bedframe and several shredded documents located around the nearby vicinity, it has been assumed by researchers that the master bedroom may have contained several valuable items. Two hidden compartments discovered within a nightstand, which both contained photographs of Charlotte █████ and one unknown individual4, support this assumption.
- Bedroom 2: Objects recorded within the second bedroom, including a generic crib, changing station, diaper genie, and several large toys indicate that it was once utilized as a nursery. Due to an excess of dust cultivated around the room, and the noticeable lack of use of the objects listed previously, it has been concluded that this bedroom was not inhabited.
- Bedroom 3: This room is currently inhabited by SCP-XXXX-1. Objects recorded around the entity's nearby vicinity suggest its age from five to eight years. Skeletal remains were also discovered within the bedroom's closet, which matches the proportions of SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX-1 is an incorporeal humanoid entity resembling a male child that measures approximately 1.25 meters in height. At all recorded times, SCP-XXXX-1 appears to sit on its bed located within Bedroom 3. SCP-XXXX-1 will always face in the same direction, which appears to be away from the entrance of the room itself. SCP-XXXX-1 does not require any form of sustenance and has not been observed to leave the premises of Bedroom 3 since its initial discovery.
SCP-XXXX-1 displays varied reactions to external stimuli, which differs between instances. All though these reactions are typically neutral, several instances appear to cause the entity harm, as indicated by sudden screams or uncontrollable shaking. A log detailing these instances, as well as their resulting reactions, can be found below.
The exterior of SCP-XXXX includes a small storage unit, several pieces of recycled playground equipment, and a footpath which leads to a small stream. Investigations into the small storage unit have revealed several objects, including a crude tiger bench6, rope, and a German chair7 that were later retrieved from the area. Further investigations into these objects indicate that they were often used to inflict pain on to smaller or younger subjects. However, this remains inconclusive until the necessary forensic analysis can be performed.
Investigations into the stream outside of SCP-XXXX have uncovered the skeletal remains of a single individual. Analysis of the bone structure itself has revealed that these remains may have belonged to a woman who was approximately 30+ years of age and possibly pregnant before death. Further observation of this stream has uncovered over 20 additional skeletal remains, all of which pertaining to individuals under the age of 10.
All further investigations into SCP-XXXX have been temporarily postponed until more forensic analysis can be retrieved.
