Archived Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Type-C humanoid containment unit fitted with water and sprinkler units affixed to the walls and ceiling at Site-23. These units are to activate for thirty-minute intervals every two hours. SCP-XXXX is to be equipped with an aluminum muzzle, not to be removed outside of approved testing. SCP-XXXX is to be fed two kilograms of raw fish a day.
Only personnel of Level 4 security clearance or higher are allowed to access and utilize SCP-XXXX outside of approved testing.
Description: SCP-XXXX was an adult male humanoid which shared physical and biological features with a Lophiiformes (angler fish). SCP-XXXX displayed an extreme case of prognathism, and a set of all canines. SCP-XXXX is unable to orally communicate. SCP-XXXX was extremely hostile, and would often expressed its distaste for humans.

Foreword: SCP-XXXX was provided with a stack of paper and a marker for communication. The following interview took place on 07/18/2010.

Dr. Konishi: Hello SCP-XXXX. How are you today?
[SCP-XXXX does not reply.]
Dr. Konishi: SCP-XXXX, did you hear me?
SCP-XXXX: [I was ignoring you]
Dr. Konishi: This would be easier for both of us if you cooperate.
SCP-XXXX: [easier for you. I laugh watching you struggle :>]
Dr. Konishi: I see. But, I would appreciate if we don't start this out sour. First question, were you born the way you are now, or did you transform over time?
SCP-XXXX: [what happened to your face]
Dr. Konishi: That is not relevant. Please answer the question.
SCP-XXXX: [but whatever the fuck happened with those scars and lies under the eyepatch is much more interesting to me]
Dr. Konishi: [sighs] Look. I know you're bored by this, but it will go by much faster if you cooperate.
SCP-XXXX: [fine. I was born this way. nice and alone on the shore of some random lake or ocean. I don't know the difference]
Dr. Konishi: Thank you. You've expressed your distaste for humankind. Why have you come to this opinion?
SCP-XXXX: [can I have a pet]
Dr. Konishi: Please answer the question.
SCP-XXXX: [haha I got you making you think I was gonna cooperate]

Closing Statement: The rest of the interview consisted of Dr. Konishi attempting to coarse SCP-XXXX to cooperate, ultimately resulting in failure to do so.
Every interview attempt from this point forward with SCP-XXXX proved unsuccessful.
Addendum 2: 10/20/2010 Incident
On 10/20/2010 Dr. Martha Daisy attempted to help SCP-XXXX breach containment and escape the Site. The following is an incident report compiled by Dr. Yoshiaki Konishi and Junior Researcher Juniper Marigold.

Summary: Site-23 was alarmed of trouble when Dr. Daisy was caught attempting to sneak out of the back exit of the facility with SCP-XXXX, without its muzzle. Dr. Daisy became hostile when Professor Hallward called for backup, and prompted SCP-XXXX to attack her. Researcher Halls and Dr. Konishi quickly arrived at the scene. The two forced SCP-XXXX off of Professor Hallward, who was mildly injured. Dr. Daisy produced a revolver, threatening to shoot all present if not allowed to escape with SCP-XXXX. Dr. Konishi questioned Dr. Daisy's motives, receiving the reply: "He only attacks you because you don't give him a chance. He's actually real nice."
Dr. Konishi attempted to call for assistance, immediately being shot in the side by Dr. Daisy. Medical and physical reenforcement quickly arrived, to the surprise of Dr. Daisy and SCP-XXXX. Researcher Marigold revealed that she had been watching for the last few minutes, and had called for backup about a minute after she arrived. Dr. Daisy attempted to coax Researcher Marigold to her cause as she was being restrained, to no avail.
SCP-XXXX began to violently attack personnel, resulting in its neutralization.
Dr. Daisy was quickly terminated after the event.
