Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained. Efforts are currently being taken to determine SCP-XXXX's whereabouts within the city of San Fransisco. SCP-XXXX is contained in a standard storage locker in Site-19. All entrances to SCP-XXXX-1 have been barricaded, and portions of SCP-XXXX-1 are currently in the process of being demolished or repurposed.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a toy octopus plushie that identifies with the name "Octy". It possesses the ability to move using its "tentacles," and is also capable of speaking in the voice of an adolescent female with a British accent, despite not possessing any organs required for speech.

SCP-XXXX claims to be the proponent of various cyber-attacks and efficiency hinderances against Foundation forces operating in San Fransisco. After each attack, it will broadcast a video of itself on a pedestal, claiming to be the cause of said interferences. Each broadcast occurs on two frequencies: a private Foundation-controlled frequency, and an additional frequency inaccessible by civilians. The purpose of the latter is currently unknown.

Addendum XXXX.1: On 11/14/2019, Agent Roscoe, head of the Foundation Investigation Department, authorized an official search into the location of SCP-XXXX. Three days into the search, geographic analysis revealed an immense complex beneath a portion of the city, accessible via the city's sewage network. Unit 3 of Mobile Task Force Zeta-9 ("Mole Rats") was dispatched to locate and contain SCP-XXXX.
