Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in an Incorporal Entity Vacuum Chamber at Sector 055 of the Euclid Wing of Site-90.

Following Containment Breach-XXXX-1, the room where the SCP-XXXX is contained in has been fitted with 4 external Incorporal Entity Nullifiers designed to active in the event of a destabilization. Bi-weekly, the chamber will be inspected by SCP-XXXX's containment team for any malfunctions. Further interviews are suspended until further notice.

Researcher Chloe Avery has been reassigned to SCP-682 at Site-19 and is forbidden from interacting with SCP-XXXX. Psychological care has been given.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an Incorporal Humanoid Entity taking the appearance of a human female child of American descent and displays a number of wounds and bruises, believed to be the daughter of Research Chloe Avery, whom claims to be Samantha Avery.

History: On October 10th, 2009, Samantha Avery was traveling her home by foot from Merion Elementary School accompanied by no parental guardian. At around 1:40 P.M, Samantha Avery was hit by a Ford Crown Victoria, owned and driven Max Wellington, causing her to cease life functions. It is believed at that moment was what caused Samantha to gain anomalous capbilities. Police reports state the cause of the accident was a break malfunction and Max Wellington was then arrested for murder.

SCP-XXXX was discovered by the SCP Foundation when Researcher Chloe Avery reported a "ghost" within her house hold. MTF Mu-13 "Ghostbusters" were dispatched and successfully contained SCP-XXXX.
