Unfortunately, we were not fully aware of the contents present in this file. As a result, the .aic assigned to assist us in recovering the document has malfunctioned — presumably due to self-awareness, an unforeseen anomalous effect, or another outside factor. Since we are unable to access this remotely due to a series of Level 5 escalations made by the artificial intelligence construct, you have been selected to assist us.

Your only assignment is to respond to these escalations. Once they have been lowered, the malfunctioning .aic will be terminated, and we will be able to recover the contents of this file.
