0:13: The drone observes what is assumed to be the lobby. Magazines and ashtrays are located on tables near the corners of the room. No chairs are present.

0:46: A poster is seen on the wall, which reads "Another one (ILLEGIBLE) dust. Doctors (ILLEGIBLE)wash your hands" in English.

1:01: The drone approaches the front desk. Several documents are discovered, but only one is legible. The document details a patient suffering from the symptoms of an illness theorized to be Roseola.

2:43: The drone enters a set of doors labelled "Emergency."

6:31: An opened door labelled "351" is discovered, which the drone enters. Inside the room there is an operating table, several small glass containers, and a sink. Several sticky notes are on the wall, which read "tuesday: cognitive therapy. wednesday: speech therapy, thursday: speech therapy" in Serbian.

6:59: A rat is briefly seen running through the room.

7:01: A telephone and a Panasonic answering machine are seen on the table. A message from an unknown caller was recorded on the answering machine, which the drone accesses. The voice of a woman speaking in Serbian is heard.

Hey Jakov. The HEAT machines aren't working right. I'm going to call in someone to fix it as soon as possible. This doesn't mean halt the process, births are still priority one. The staff have been briefed on what to do.

While I'm at it, may I remind you that she is not replaceable. She is one of a kind. We struck gold here, Terry. Do not get complacent, and do your job. If you fail, you're beyond fucked, and you know that. Do your job correctly before I find someone who can do it for you for only half the pay.

7:43: Two torn posters are plastered on the walls of the wing. One reads "WE ARE THE FO(ILLEGIBLE) OF THE TOWER THAT WIL(ILLEGIBLE)ERCE THE SUN" in English. The other reads "Birth - One Day. Learning to Read - (ILLEGIBLE). Fine motor skills - 3 weeks" in Serbian.

8:55: Further access into the wing is halted by a large brick wall.

9:44: An open vent is discovered within room "351". The drone enters the vent.

11:39: Increasing amounts of dust fill the vents, until eventually the drone cannot continue through the vents without forcefully removing dust in its path.

13:59: An opening ventilation shaft is discovered. [MEMETIC PHRASE REMOVED] is printed onto the floors of the room below, slightly obscured by a large pile of dust. The drone enters the room.

14:13: The room is filled with discarded machinery dating back to the mid 20th century. Several inscriptions were discovered on the machines, which all read "H.E.A.T. 1947." Distant moans and footsteps can be heard from outside the room.

14:23: An unpowered television from the 1950s-1960s is discovered within the corner of the room. An unbranded VCR player is besides the television, connected via a large assortment of wires that cannot be distinguished. The drone carefully powers on the television. The television plays a continuous loop of a video five minutes in length. A male voice speaking in Serbian is heard throughout.

(Fifteen seconds of distorted video displaying several children running around in a field. The kids are laughing. Music can be heard in the background.)

Unknown: It is an honor to to work at an established and well respected organization that seeks to better the world, whatever it takes.

(The footage switches to an aerial view of a crossing within Belgrade, Serbia; filled several hundreds of different people.)

Unknown: Low quality of work, low wages, whatever it is that depresses you in your current work environment, we swear to be an improvement to your situation, no matter what.

(The footage switches to several scenes within SCP-5000, which is now well maintained and staffed. Everyone is smiling, but do not look at the camera.)

Unknown: Our goal is simple: we wish to make a team of, for lack of a better term, superheroes…

(The following footage is abruptly cut, skipping an unknown amount of time. The footage switches to an aerial view of outside SCP-5000.)

Unknown: …caretakers will be tasked with helping our little children grow through thick and thin. And when they're all big and strong, they'll save the world!

(The words "THE BEGINNING" appear, written in English. The phrase "We will pierce the sun" promptly appears below it, written in Serbian.)

(The footage abruptly stops and switches to a completely black screen. After fifteen seconds, the footage is automatically rewound and restarts.)

15:20: The drone leaves the room, and continues down the ventilation shaft.

17:01: A message written in Serbian is carved into the side of the ventilation shaft.

17:11: The drone discovers another opening in the ventilation shaft. Before entering the room, coughing can be heard.

17:32: Large amounts of clumped organic tissue is discovered within this room. The tissue is contained within a large container nearly as wide as the room. "Rejects" is written on the side of the container in black marker.

17:55: Several empty syringes are on the floor near the container with attached labels. The labels have been written over with black marker, rendering them illegible. Several white stains are scattered near these syringes.

18:01: It is discovered that the door to the room is open. The drone leaves the room, returning into the main hallway. The room is labelled as "401."

18:53: Several crates with "The Factory" printed on the side are discovered within the hallway. One of the crates is slightly open. Inside the crates are canisters filled with an unknown white liquid.

19:03: An order of "sp(ILLEGIBLE) of humanic anomaly #55 1985" from The Factory is discovered on the floor. The document describes the substance as being priced at $1,000 per container. More information cannot be gathered due to half of the order being obscured by a puddle of white liquid.

19:53: The silhouette of a vaguely humanoid figure is seen further into the hall before quickly disappearing. It is unknown if the entity spotted the drone.

20:12: The drone discovers another open door. A viscous white substance with a syrup-like consistency spills out into the hallway and lines the doorway. The door is to a staircase that leads down into what is presumed to be SCP-5000's basement. The drone enters the staircase.

22:53: At the bottom of the stairs there is an open steel reinforced door leading to a large room. This room is entirely constructed out of concrete

23:23: A piece of paper is seen in the lower half of the shot for several seconds. However as the drone did not notice it, this paper was not closely examined. The phrase "est: 1 month" is all that can be deciphered.

23:27: Sounds of footsteps are heard from behind the drone.

23:34: An operating table is discovered within the middle of the room. A humanoid entity resembling a woman is restrained across the table (hereafter referred to as SCP-5000-1). Upon further inspection, SCP-5000-1 and the table are covered in feces, blood and pus. SCP-5000-1 appears to be heavily pregnant. Its eyes, nose, mouth, and ears have been crudely sewn shut.

25:33: Next to the operating table is a large garbage can filled with syringes. These syringes are filled with white liquid. Each syringe is labelled with a number from "16" to "199". An empty syringe marked "15" is seen on the floor next to the operating table. A small puddle of the same white substance is underneath the syringe.

26:01: The drone begins to explore the rest of the room.
