Any human being who sits upon The Throne of Darkness will become The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness. The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness is immortal and invulnerable while they remain sitting upon The Throne of Darkness.
The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness will become non-anomalous again once it removes itself or is forcibly removed from The Throne of Darkness. Individuals who leave The Throne of Darkness begin suffering the same damage and aging that they would have experienced while upon The Throne of Darkness.
Discovery: Evidence of The Throne of Darkness' existence is present in various manuscripts throughout history, but definitive proof of its existence was only determined after the discovery of The Cult Which Worships The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness. Reference to it is most prevalent in "The Unending Pain Of The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness," a 15th-century poem by William Darth, telling the story of The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness and the apparent turmoil that comes with The Throne of Darkness' power.
MTF Chi-8 ("The Task Force Which Contains The Throne of Darkness") was assigned to counteract the efforts of The Cult Which Worships The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness. Their main meeting place was discovered to be a basement underneath an apartment building in New York, New York. MTF Chi-8 was deployed and discovered several hooded figures surrounding The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness, chanting lines from "The Unending Pain Of The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness". Agents detained the attending members and removed The Prince Who Sits Upon the Throne of Darkness from The Throne of Darkness, rendering him mortal and causing him to age at a rapid pace.
