Description: SCP-XXXX is the town of Hartmouth in the county of Devon, England. Prior to Incident-XXXX-A Jared-Mallouk, SCP-XXXX had a recorded population of 4,947, with an economy centered around the manufacturing and export of artisan goods, supplemented by tourism [EXTRANEOUS DATA EXPUNGED].

Exit from SCP-XXXX is impossible. Collaboration with the inhabitants of SCP-XXXX suggests this is the result of a series of spacial anomalies surrounding the legal territory that defines Hartmouth. As of 15/09/2004, the boundaries of SCP-XXXX do not appear to have expanded or contracted.

In addition to mundane wildlife, SCP-XXXX is inhabited by an unknown number of SCP-XXXX-1.

An instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

SCP-XXXX-1 are entities that resemble Holstein cattle afflicted with bovine spongiform encephalopathy1. The majority of SCP-XXXX-1 instances host nonanomalous parasites which render them unsuitable for consumption. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 cannot die or sleep.

SCP-XXXX-1 are hostile towards human life, and will attempt to maim and devour those in their line of sight. Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are capable of vocalizing regardless of bodily integrity; vocalizations consist entirely of "word-salad" exclamations in Common Brittonic.

Humans that die inside SCP-XXXX invariably resurrect during the following sunset.
